Biovigilance is one of the Agence de la biomédecine's missions. It involves monitoring the risks associated with the entire process, from collection to therapeutic use, of elements and products derived from the human body, such as organs, tissues, cells and breast milk for therapeutic use, and reporting any adverse events that may occur in the course of these activities.
