  • There is a medical indication: Any person whose medical treatment is likely to impair fertility, or whose fertility is at risk of being prematurely impaired, may benefit from the collection or retrieval and preservation of his or her gametes or germ tissue with a view to subsequent medically assisted procreation for his or her benefit, to preserve or restore fertility, or to restore hormonal function.- Respect the age conditions for collection or retrieval: up to the 43rd birthday for oocytes and ovarian tissue, and up to the 60th birthday for spermatozoa and testicular tissue.

  • No medical pathology: - Respect the age conditions: from the 29th to the 37th birthday for oocytes, from the 29th to the 45th birthday for spermatozoa.
