Declaration of interest
Published on 22 November 2024
Each agent and external expert must complete a declaration of interest form to ensure independence and transparency. This system prevents conflicts of interest and increases confidence in the work carried out by the agency.
The Agence de la biomédecine ensures that its employees comply with the principles of independence and impartiality. Each agent is required to complete a declaration of interest form in order to avoid any potential conflicts of interest in the performance of their duties.
Each external expert contributing to work or recommendations as a member of a committee, board or working group must complete a public declaration of interest form. If this is relevant to you, you must complete this form on the French Ministry of Health’s DPI Santé website. These declarations must be updated on any change in circumstances. The Agence de la biomédecine systematically analyzes each declaration in order to avoid any conflicts of interest.
