Registration open for the 3rd edition of the Workshop Charter for the responsible development of neurotechnologies

As part of its management of the French Neurotechnology Charter, the Agence de la biomédecine is organizing the third edition of the Charter workshop, to be held in Paris on December 12.

This event is a key event for the neurotechnology community, bringing together both signatories to the Charter and non-members - researchers, clinicians, industrialists, institutional representatives and associations - to discuss the scientific**, *technical*, ethical and societal** issues associated with the development of these emerging technologies.

The program includes feedback, presentations of innovative projects, patient testimonials and discussion sessions designed to foster collective reflection on best practices and principles of responsibility governing the development and use of neurotechnologies in France.

The day will also provide an opportunity to take stock of developments in the field, identify new prospects for collaboration, and strengthen the dynamic of interdisciplinary dialogue in the service of ethical innovation that respects the human person.

Registration is free but compulsory from October 13 to December 5.

• The second edition took place on March 20, 2024 at the Institut de Physique du Globe in Paris.
• The first edition launched the responsible development charter for neurotechnologies and took place on November 17, 2022 at the Maison de la Mutualité in Paris.
