Cour des Comptes report: hearings and the Agence de la biomédecine's response

In December 2022, the Senate's Social Affairs Committee commissioned the Cour des Comptes to conduct an investigation into the missions of the Agence de la biomédecine, assessing in particular the impact of the Bioethics Act of August 2, 2021 on its activity. The Cour des Comptes delivered its report in January 2024.
